Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Blindspot (the “Service”), operated by Blindspot Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Blindspot is a web-based platform that generates studio-quality professional headshots from photos you upload, using artificial intelligence. The Service includes features such as:

• Uploading one or more reference photos of yourself
• AI-powered generation of professional headshots in multiple styles (e.g. corporate, studio portrait, photoshoot)
• Background, lighting, and outfit transformation while preserving your facial identity
• Downloading generated headshots in standard image formats

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Blindspot, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access the Service, you may need to create an account using your email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Blindspot is designed to generate headshots from photos of the user's own face. By uploading a photo, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the person depicted in the photo, or you have obtained explicit, informed consent from the person depicted to upload their image and to have AI-generated headshots created from it.
• You have all necessary rights to upload the photo and to grant us the limited license described in Section 10.
• You will not upload photos of minors under 16, public figures, celebrities, or any third party without their consent.
• You will not use the Service to create misleading, defamatory, sexual, harassing, or impersonating imagery, or any content that violates the rights of any person.

We reserve the right to refuse processing, remove content, or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate this Section.

Blindspot is sold as one-time purchase packs (Starter, Basic, Premium) that grant you a fixed number of AI-generated headshots and styles. There are no recurring subscriptions or auto-renewals.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
• Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable fees unless otherwise stated.
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the fees associated with your chosen pack.
• Headshot credits and outputs are tied to your account and are non-transferable.

Because each headshot is generated on demand using paid AI compute, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a limited 7-day quality guarantee:

• If, within 7 days of your purchase, you believe the generated headshots do not realistically resemble you or are of materially poor quality, contact us at hello@blindspot.studio and describe the issue.
• If we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that the issue is caused by insufficient or unclear input photos (e.g. blurry, low-resolution, heavily filtered, multiple faces, or partially obscured face), we will first ask you to upload improved input photos and will regenerate the same theme and number of headshots you purchased, free of charge.
• If, after this regeneration, the results still materially fail to resemble you, you are eligible for a full refund.
• After the 7-day window, all sales are final. We reserve the right to deny refund or regeneration requests we determine, in our sole discretion, to be abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith.

Blindspot uses third-party AI image-generation models to produce headshots. While we strive to produce high-quality, faithful results, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated images may contain visual artifacts, inaccuracies, or features that do not exactly match your real appearance.
• The quality of generated headshots depends heavily on the quality, clarity, and angle of the photos you provide as input.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing each generated headshot before using it for professional, commercial, or identity-related purposes.
• We make no representations or warranties that any specific headshot will be suitable for a particular purpose, platform, or audience.
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated headshots, including but not limited to rejected applications, profile bans, or reputational impact.

We rely on third-party providers to operate the Service, including Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (authentication and storage), and fal.ai (AI image generation). Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of these providers. Blindspot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these third parties.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant Blindspot Studio LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit to our AI provider, and transform your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (i.e. generating your headshots).

You own the AI-generated headshots produced for you and may use them for personal and commercial purposes (e.g. LinkedIn, resumes, business cards, websites), subject to these Terms.

All other elements of the Service, including its design, templates, prompts, code, graphics, and branding, are owned by Blindspot Studio LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload photos of any person without their explicit consent
• Generate, distribute, or publish imagery intended to impersonate, defame, harass, or deceive
• Generate sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service beyond its intended functionality
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the Service settings or by contacting us.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any specific headshot output will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blindspot Studio LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blindspot Studio LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, the photos or likenesses you upload, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in the State of Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
